The Silvretta High Alpine Road is one of the most beautiful mountain roads in the whole of the eastern Alps. The panorama road leads over 25.4 km from Montafon via the valley landscape of Vermunt and the Bielerhöhe pass to the Paznauntal valley in Tyrol.
Vermuntbahn Cable Car
The Vermuntbahn is a cable car in Montafon. It runs from the centre of Gaschurn at an altitude of 1,038m to the Trominier mountain station at 2,415m.

The Show Mine in the community of Bartholomäberg opened in the year 2010. The resort of Montafon has a long-standing mining tradition with roots dating back to the Bronze and Ice Age. Bartholomäberg was home to a silver mine as far back as 1319.
